All Good Things Must Come to an End

I'm grieving over the fact that flowers wither. It has got to be one of the sorriest facts about nature.

Flowers wither. No matter how lovely or dainty they are, you just can't preserve their beauty forever. No matter how many times you cut the stem or replace the water, once the flowers are uprooted already, they will just have to take their natural course and slowly die. Isn't that sad?

I watched twelve pink roses gradually fade to a brownish taint as the days went by. And soon, all that's left of the pink motif are the ribbon that hugged the bunch tight and the paper bedding.

All good things must come to an end. But the good thing is, photographs can perpetualize beautiful memories. :)

Getting sentimental with age, yaiks!
